Flowers4Canada.com is a family owned and operated florist based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with over 35 years of floral experience. Flowers4Canada.com was designed for our customers that have the need to send flowers to friends and family residing in Canada. Over the years we have developed a rapport with florists all over the world, and we work with them to provide our customers with same-day, direct-to-door delivery.

We specialize in fresh flower bouquets, gift baskets, fruit baskets and more. Whatever the occasion, we can deliver the most thoughtful and memorable gift.

Delivery is not available on the following public holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. In some territories and provinces, additional holidays are observed and florists may be closed on those days.

To ensure on-time delivery on major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.

To speak to a customer care representative, please call 1-800-627-0046. Delivery confirmations also are rendered only via e-mail request. Please allow 24 hours for reply e-mail. Please note that our headquarters are located in Arizona(MST); all time frames related to all orders and purchases are noted accordingly.

A service fee of $14.99 will be added to each order. This fee covers the processing of the order and the delivery charge. Orders must be received by noon in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate timed delivery requests but cannot guarantee them.

Please note that some products offered are shipped via a third party and, if ordered with a floral gift, will be shipped separately.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
